You try to identify retailers, importers, partners or direct customers in Belgium?

 

French chamber of commerce and industry in Belgium provides his experience, network, files and staff to help you to identify reliable commercial partners.

Following phases are implemented for prospecting mission:

• Potential partners targeting according to your wishes: manufacturers, importers, distributors, direct customers, commercial or technological partners, companies for sale;

• Search and selection work from companies data basis, CFCIB network, press and professionals federations;

• Contact by phone with selected companies to show your society and its products and collect reactions about your project. Then we will send a brochure about your company to interested companies (description about activity and product, and so on.) with a motivated cover letter from FCCIB;

• To get on to companies again which have received your documentation to confirm the interlocutor interest about your products;

• Meetings organization in Belgium between the representative of your company and Belgian potential partners;

• Appointments schedule (itinerary + companies cards + hotels reservation) the week before appointments;

• Write a report with a market description, a card by potential partners contacted, their coordinates and their reactions to products, and an outcome of collected reactions;

Provision of a personalized database under Access you could enrich and develop.

In supplement, we propose you:

• An appointment of one hour with your personalized advice partner in commercial contracts. He will explain the different variants of commercial contracts in Belgium and advice about main traps to avoid;

• A field support by a Dutch-spoken person at your appointment.
