•  Definition of the job profile;

• Booking and order of itnervals, publications control;

• Communication of the information to every CFCIB partners;

• Files evaluation based CV and cover letter, transmission of preselected applicants;

• Interviews of applicants selected: check the CV coherence, the motivation for the post, the concerned sector knwoledge, experience and linguistic level;

• Set up interviews program in FCIB offices;

• Graphology, competences check-up and miscellaneous tests in partneship with a specialized office;

• Make contact with a Social secretariat (approved by Belgian state) to sign the contract and wage management of the employee.
